Code Ch. 394

Important Points:

• All Solicitors must register with the Borough Clerk's Office, pay fees ($100.00 per applicant) and successfully complete a background check prior to being issued a permit at least 90 days in advance of the time they wish to begin soliciting 

• All Permitted Solicitors must have their permit on their persons at all times when conducting soliciting activity

• Soliciting activity can only take place Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

• Each day of activity, a solicitor shall notify the Lodi Police Department Desk Officer immediately before commencing soliciting activity and upon completion

• All permits expire December 31^st of the year issued

• Ice Cream Trucks must also be inspected by the Lodi Police Department

• Solicitors shall not solicit or canvass at any address on the non-solicitation "No Knock" list or at any address being a sign prohibiting solicitation or similar
