Hours of Operation

Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Hours are weather permitting and subject to change without notice.

The Adventure Zone Splash Park is designed for children 10 years of age and younger

Adult supervision is required at all times.

General Safety

  • The splash pad is unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of the children in their care.
  • Children should never be left unattended.
  • Please be courteous and share the spray features with others.
  • Anyone using the splash pad assumes all risks associated with water play.

Weather & Lightning Safety

The Adventure Zone Splash Park is equipped with an automatic lightning detection system for the safety of all visitors.

  • If lightning is detected in the area, an audible alarm will sound and the water features will automatically shut off.
  • Immediately exit the splash pad and surrounding area when the alarm sounds.
  • Do not re-enter the splash pad until the system has reset and the water has resumed operation.
  • Borough staff may temporarily close the splash pad due to severe weather or other safety concerns.

Health & Hygiene

  • Proper swim attire is required.
  • Water shoes are recommended.
  • Swim diapers are required for infants and children who are not fully toilet trained.
  • Children should use the restroom before entering the splash pad.
  • Anyone with diarrhea, vomiting, fever, open wounds, or a communicable or infectious illness may not use the splash pad.
  • No urinating, changing diapers, or blowing your nose on the splash pad surface.

Prohibited Activities

  • No running, pushing, roughhousing, horseplay, or disorderly conduct.
  • Do not climb, hang from, pull on, or tamper with spray equipment.
  • No food, drinks, gum, candy, or glass containers inside the splash pad area.
  • No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or other wheeled devices on the splash pad. (Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility devices are permitted.)
  • No pool toys, floats, inflatable devices, water balloons, or squirt guns.
  • No chairs, coolers, tents, or canopies on the splash pad surface.
  • No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or illegal substances.
  • No animals are permitted inside the splash pad area

Closures

The Borough reserves the right to close the splash pad at any time due to:

  • Inclement weather
  • Mechanical or maintenance issues
  • Water quality concerns
  • Emergency situations
  • Unsafe conditions
  • And more

Facility Information

  • This facility is monitored by video surveillance.
  • The splash pad operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The splash pad cannot be reserved for birthday parties, private events, or exclusive use by individuals or organizations.
  • The Borough reserves the right to close the splash pad at any time due to weather, maintenance, repairs, water quality concerns, or operational needs.

Enforcement

Patrons who fail to comply with these rules or who create unsafe conditions may be removed from the premises. Failure to follow posted rules may also result in suspension of splash pad privileges.
