Effective, September 7, 2021, all water heaters, boilers, and electric panel permits must be applied for and inspections are required for safety. All fees will be waived until September 30, 2021.
All dumpster permits must be applied for, fees will be waived.
All other construction will require permits and fees to be paid.
If your electric or gas was disconnected, you must hire a licensed electrician or plumber to certify in writing that the electric panel, boiler, water heater are ok to be turned back on. This must be on letterhead with their signature and seal along with a permit application. Please submit to the building department.
If you are changing any of the above, please email the Construction Official at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address and contractor information. You will have five (5) business days to submit applications.
