COVID-19 Updates & Important Information

Alternate-Side Parking: Enforcement will be resume on Monday, 6/22/2020 at 9:00am

Borough Hall: Effective Monday, 3/23/2020, Borough Hall will be closed to public access. Anyone wishing to do business with a Borough office is asked to contact the office directly via phone or through our online citizen request portal

Code Enforcement: During this unique time in our lives the Borough asks residents, property and business owners to please continue maintaining their properties to keep our Borough looking its best, this includes but is not limited to landscaping, litter, curbside garbage and recycling placement. Property maintenance warnings and violations are primarily complaint driven, however, our property maintenance inspector will often observe additional violations during routine patrol. We understand that many may be facing financial and physical hardships at this this time, if anyone has any questions regarding property maintenance please contact 201-694-3981, 8:30am-4:00pm to speak with our inspector.  

Construction Permits & Inspections: Permit applications may be mailed or emailed. Inspections are limited to empty homes and completed renovations with outside access. The Construction Official will review and process applications. Please contact 973-859-7410 or email Building@Lodi-NJ.org

Dept. of Public Works: DPW offices are closed to the public. Please contact 973-365-4068. The DPW Recycling Center is open Saturdays ONLY, 8:00am-12:00pm

Garage Sale Permits: Are not being issued at this time

Lodi Boys & Girls Club: Facility is closed and all programs are cancelled until further notice

Lodi Public Schools: All buildings are closed to students and non-essential staff until further notice. Food distribution for free and reduced students will take place at Lodi High School between 11am-1pm. Please visit the Board of Education website for updated information http://www.lodi.k12.nj.us/

Municipal Court: Please contact the court regarding upcoming court dates, 973-859-7450

Municipal Library: The library is closed until further notice. All late fees will be waived while the library is closed. Access to eBooks, eAudiobooks and eMagazines is available by visiting http://lodi.bccls.org/

Recreation: The track at Memorial Park is open for walking and limited exercise daily 8:00am-4:00pm, no permits required. Memorial Park Tennis Courts, Kennedy Park Batting Cages and Voto-Tedesco Batting Cages are available by permit only daily 8:00am-4:00pm. Visit www.Lodi-NJ.org/recreation to obtain a permit via Community Pass All Borough playgrounds remain closed.

Residential Parking Permits: Any resident wishing to apply for a residential parking permit sticker may do so by submitting an online request , once your request and supporting documents are received they will be reviewed and verification of a Certificate of Occupancy will be conducted. Status of the request will be updated via email to the requester and if/when approved a limited-contact pick-up will be arranged. 

Senior Center & Transportation: The Senior Center is closed and transportation has been suspended until further notice

Tax Collector: Property tax payments may be paid via mail to "One Memorial Drive, Room 104, Lodi NJ 07644" or online by visiting: https://www.cit-e.net/lodi-nj/cn/TaxBill_Std/?TID=195&TPID=17043
